Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unwashed, and free of any odor. Returned items undergo a quality check; Nevermind Studios reserves the right to deny return/exchange if the item fails inspection.

Refunds are processed in the form of store credit. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.

Cancellation of orders is only permitted for COD orders until the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

All prepaid orders are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

All Tailoring request orders are unique and cannot be exchanged or returned.

ON-SALE PURCHASES

Sale items, Mystery boxes, items ordered with discount codes, and accessories are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange.
