Please read the terms and instructions carefully before placing an order for the Mystery Drop by Nevermind Studios. Review the following terms and conditions before buying:

  • Product Description: Mystery boxes ranging from Rs. 200 to Rs. 25,000 are available for purchase. Each box contains surprises valued at 2-4 times the amount paid.

  • Shipping Details: Shipping for Mystery Drop orders will begin on May 16th. Standard shipping fee is Rs. 149 per order.

  • All Sales Final: Unless there's a fault from our end, all sales are considered final. No returns or exchanges will be entertained.

  • Product Variation: Depending on the amount paid, customers may receive single or multiple pieces in their mystery box.

  • Size Variation: Items may be received in a bigger size, downsized to waist size, with a downsize widget provided for length adjustments.

  • Purchase Limit: Customers can purchase only one Rs. 200 mystery box. Other variants are available in limited stock and can be purchased based on availability.

  • Limited Stock: Please note that stock is limited, and items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Payment: Full payment for mystery boxes is required at the time of purchase.

  • Delivery: While we aim for prompt delivery, please anticipate potential delays due to high demand during the Mystery Drop event.

  • Customer Support: For assistance or inquiries, please access customer support via the widget located on the bottom left of our website.

  • Order Cancellation/Refund: Nevermind Studios holds the authority to cancel or refund any order in case of availability issues or any other unforeseen circumstances. Sold-out orders may be refunded accordingly.
