Refunds Policy:

• Refund in Store Credit: Any refunds issued will be in the form of store credit equivalent to the selling/MRP amount, which can be used within 4 (four) months. Store credits are non-refundable and are redeemable only at our offline and online stores.Once your return is received and accepted, refunds in the form of store credit will be processed and sent within 1 business day..
• Defective Items: In case of a defective piece, wrong order sent, or our mistake, we will facilitate a refund or exchange.
• Cancellation of Refund/Return: We hold the authority to cancel a refund or return request if it does not meet our specified conditions.
• Exchange Process: Exchange directly is not possible. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, you will receive store credit with which you can purchase another item(s).

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

1. Check Your Bank Account: First, check your bank account again to confirm if the refund has been processed.

2. Contact Your Payment Provider: If you still haven’t received the refund, contact your credit card or debit card company. Sometimes, there is a processing delay before refunds are officially posted.

3. Contact Your Bank: After checking with your payment provider, contact your bank directly. Banks may have their own processing times for refunds.

Cancellation of Orders: Cancellation of orders is only permitted for COD orders until the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. All prepaid orders are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
