Returns and Exchange Policy:

Duration: We offer exchanges and returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Once your exchange/return request is accepted by our team, you will receive a notification via your registered email.

Conditions for Return Approval: Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Tags must be intact.

Items on sale, purchased with discount codes, from mystery boxes, or accessories do not qualify for refund/exchange. All sales are final in these cases.

Pick-Up Process: Once return request is accepted, your order will be picked up by our logistics partner within 24-48 hours of acceptance. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier partner is unable to pick up the shipment, you will need to send the shipment back to the warehouse address:

Return Charges: A return processing fee of Rs.149 will be deducted from the store credit issued. Customers may choose to send items themselves at their own expense to avoid this fee.

Please note that reverse pick-up availability depends on the service coverage in your area pin code. If not available, you will need to send it back yourself.

Quality Check: Upon receipt at the warehouse, your returned order will undergo a thorough quality check.

Conditions for Exchange/Return:

• The product has not been worn, cleaned, or tampered with by you.
• Brand tags, original packaging material, accompanying accessories are intact and not altered, damaged, or discarded by you.
• The product is not altered unless proven vendor defect.
• There is no foul odor, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears, or damage on the product.
• Products returned should be in unused, undamaged, unwashed, and saleable condition.
• Return of purchased products is facilitated through our reverse-logistics partners. Upon receipt of the return request on Nevermindstudios.in and its acknowledgment by us, our reverse-logistics partners may contact you to collect the purchased products.
• We reserve the right to reject the exchange/return request for a product if it does not meet the aforementioned conditions.

Refunds Policy:

• Refund in Store Credit: Any refunds issued will be in the form of store credit equivalent to the selling/MRP amount, which can be used within 4 (four) months. Store credits are non-refundable and are redeemable only at our online store.
• Once your return is received and accepted, refunds in the form of store credit will be processed and sent within 1-2 business days.
• Refund Method: Refunds for defective items will be issued to your original payment method.
• Defective Items: In case of a defective piece, wrong order sent, or our mistake, we will facilitate a refund or exchange.
• Cancellation of Refund/Return: We hold the authority to cancel a refund or return request if it does not meet our specified conditions.
• Exchange Process: Exchange directly is not possible. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, you will receive store credit with which you can purchase another item(s).

Cancellation of Orders: Cancellation of orders is only permitted for COD orders until the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. All prepaid orders are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
