To initiate a return, please click here.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unwashed, and free of any odor. Returned items undergo a quality check; Nevermind Studios reserves the right to deny return/exchange if the item fails inspection.
- A flat exchange fee of 149₹ will be charged for return pickup. Customers may choose to send items themselves at their own expense to avoid this fee.
- Refunds are processed in the form of store credit. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.
- Once your return is received and accepted, refunds in the form of store credit will be processed and sent within 1 business day.
- Cancellation of orders is only permitted for COD orders until the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
All prepaid orders are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
